Is it bad that it's only 8:30am

 and I'm already day dreaming about what I want to eat for lunch?!

All this moving crap has the house in a dis-array,

and my fridge completely EMPTY!

I've been keeping myself loaded up with fast food and plenty of wine to help with the unpacking duties..

post this morning about a "March Photo-A-Day Challenge"

I have decided that this is a FANTASTIC idea!

I'm really trying to develop my creative side...

I think I lost my "gifted and talented" title when I became an adult :(

And am now on a mission to get it back, and what better way than to take this challenge...

and so it starts..... bwhahahahha

This past weekend has really done a # on me!

I feel like I'm singing that song... "My neck.. My back... shut yo mouth! lol 

You would never believe it, but this girl ran her first 5k!

 The 2012 Cowtown 5k!

I've got to say I'm pretty proud of myself!

It was an absolute blast,but of course, doing anything with this girl is hilarious :)

It was about 40degrees that morning, so needless to say I was freezing!

But standing in a large crowd of 2,000+ people def warms you up.

After the race, we got to our car and Ashley turns to me and says "alright, let's get drunk!" haha this girl is crazy

but I do what I'm told ;p

 Mimosa's at 10am... surreee, why not

Good Ole' Fashioned Chorizo N Egg, with fried Papa's and black beans..

well earned IMHO

After we' goofed off and downed a couple of mimosas,

I had to get my butt back home to help the bf move our crap!

yea, thats right..

we're moving!

Just across town to Farmers Branch

To a cute little house with a 2car garage and a backyard for the pups.

Is it just me, or is it funny to realize how much crap

you actually have when you move!

Box after box and furniture are just laying around, waiting to be unpacked...

But Chinese food and booze will def help along the way.. :)

Valentines Day Love

Hollll-ah-luuuuyaaaa!

It's Friday!

The weekend is near, and the weather is clear!

I'm loving this mild winter Texas has had this year. No ice on the street or snow!

And now it's about 60 degrees and the sun is shinning! So Nice yall.

Any whooo

Tuesday was Valentines, and I've got to admit, I am one spoiled gurl..

The BF showed up at home with not 1....

but 2 bouquets of flowers on Monday night.

 He got an early start on the holiday :)

And I don't blame him... stores get cra-zy on Valentines Day...

These flowers are sooo pretty!

A dozen red and white roses and some Lillie's..

(be jealous)

He knows how much I love flowers, and I love getting spoiled with them :)

 They just bring a smile to my face when I see some.

So on Tuesday, Valentines Day

Guess what showed up at my office...

This tasty goodness!

Oh yea.... those are chocolate covered pineapple hearts & grapes <3

like I said.. spoiled :)

That night we stayed in and drank some Asti

(classy I know)

While I made some lasagna and some brownies :)



Im the luckiest girl I know, I have truely found a man that really knows and loves me for who I am. He's a great listener, the best motivator and my Partner In Crime :)

I had a great Valentines Day and I'm exciting for many more with him <3

Howdy Ya'll

Yes I'm still alive n kickin'

My Life has been a freakin roller coaster lately!

Let's just say my work week has gotten hectic, and my weekends have been productive :)Over the past 2 weeks,

I have managed to fill up my calendar for the next 2 months!

Now I'm not complaining, because I function a whole hell of a lot better when I've got fun things to do..

Lets just say that it keeps me outta trouble LOL

Great things have been happening!

The BF hosted his 4th Annual Crab Boil!

It was a blast!

My parents drove in for the occasion and

 participated in the madness aka The Part-yyyy..

(what can I say.. my parents know how to party)

The Friday Night my parents got into town,

they managed to bring my FAV for dinner!

Tamales from Tellez! so.. freaking.. good.

A little Domino playing and beer drinking with these characters made my night :)

Of course I rocked the house down & was crowned the Domino CHamp!

 The next day, I stuffed my face beyond belief with pounds of crab, shrimp, corn and fried mushrooms, corn nuggets, onion rings, and jalapeno poppers...

(Don't worry, I wore my stretchy pants :) )

The dumped out about 2 full batches of the yummy goodness

 and everyone just dove right in!

Needless to say

people ate their hearts out.

It's such a blessing to be surrounded by friends and family!

This past weekend,

we attended a little get together at the BF's brother's house for the gender reveal party of his soon to be Niece or Nephew!

The BF & I made the mom n dad to be shirts of what they thought the gender of their baby (Baby Boulder is what we call it) was...

As well as some for us!

Of course we went all out!

I made the BF a medal that said "I'm the Uncle" ,

and I'm in no way responsible for that ridic Tupac want a be bandanna. lol ( ALLL HIM)

It said "Little Princess?" in rhinestones :)

The gender was revealed when a slice was made in their cake!

and..... its... a.....

 GIRL!!!

It's so exciting!

We were right!

Oh.. and yea.. we totally got caught munching out on all the cookie goodness :)
